🦉❄山海经·西山经 (The Classic of the Western Mountains) recorded: Seventy li west of 浮山 (Fú Mountain), there is a mountain called 渝次山 (Yúcì Mountain). 漆水 (Qī River) originates from Yuci Mountain and flows north into the 渭水 (Wèi River). There is a bird shaped like an owl, with a human face and one foot, called Tuofei. It appears in winter and hibernates in summer. If someone wears its feathers inside their clothing, they will not fear thunder. It is said that the feathers of this bird have the power to resist heavenly lightning, and in legends, they are treasures used by some Taoist practitioners to ward off heavenly tribulations.
